Well, we only went and won! We have a wonderful evening in the lovely Oak Hall of Langtons celebrating the festival with our adjudicator, Jan Palmer-Sayer, The Wesley Players and Romford Shakespeare Theatre - and the icing on the cake was winning so many awards, and additionally being nominated in several categories. We won the festival, with awards for Stage Presentation, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Director, with nominations for Costume, Best Actress, Best Performance in a Minor Role, Best Sound Design. Even the Oak Hall at Langtons seemed ready for us … huge thanks to Havering Arts Council for putting on the festival.
