The Unfriend
So here we are in a brand new shiny year and have we got some great productions in store for you this season. Following on from the delightful Christmas Crackers in December, which was well received by audiences, rehearsals are well underway for our first production of the year The Unfriend, a comedy by Steven Moffat, which will be directed by seasoned actor/director Richard Jackson.
The plot: when reserved British couple Peter and Debbie meet the exuberant Elsa on a holiday cruise, they embark on a fleeting friendship, the kind that usually ends once the holiday is over. However, a polite invitation results in Elsa invading their home and turning things upside down - well, you can't make an omelette without breaking an egg!
