Jane Eyre is Festival Runner Up

Our production of Jane Eyre was entered into Havering Arts Council's 2019 Havering Drama Festival of full length plays. It was a mammoth production featuring 43 scenes and 46 characters played by 20 adult actors and 8 young actors from Store Room Youth Theatre!

Lots of us went to the festival Gala Night at Langtons for the awards evening and celebration of the festival on 11 July, which featured six contrasting plays. We had nominations in most categories and won the Artistic Endeavour Award,  Youth Award (Lois Mifsud) and Best Performance in a Minor Role (Margaret Corry) and scooped the Festival Runners Up Trophy (ie second place). The full list of nominations and winners can be seen on Havering Arts Council website.
